Shipping & Returns


For UK deliveries, all Camilla King products are shipped via the Royal Mail or courier and will need to be signed for on receipt. If you are not in, a card will be put through your letter box with information on how to retrieve your parcel.



Our hats and headpieces are handmade to order so please allow up to 4 weeks for completion. If you require one of our pieces sooner, please get in touch and we will try and accommodate your request.

Unless otherwise stated, all headbands are in stock and ready to ship.

UK Mainland: 2 to 3 working days

EU and UK Islands: 5 working days

International: 8 working days



For UK deliveries, headbands are shipped at £4, headpieces and hats are £15.

For international deliveries, prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the piece. Please request a quote for accurate prices and express services. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.



As all hats and headpieces in our collections are handmade to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns.

Our headbands can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when you receive them, providing they are unworn with all labels still attached and in the original packaging.

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible, provided a Returns Number is requested within 7 days of receipt and items are returned to Camilla King within 14 days and meet the requirements below (a postal address will be provided on request). We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been made to order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

- All returns must be in perfect condition and complete with their original tags still attached.

- We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.

- A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping costs.

- If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To exchange a headband, please get in touch on note there will be an additional postage and packaging charge connect with any exchanges.
